We offer face to face, telephone or 24/7 online access via our website – depending on your clinical need. Your care may be provided by another health care professional in the surgery, again depending on your health care need.

Using the NHS App for appointments
If booking GP telephone calls via the NHS App, call back could be at any time between 9am-12pm and 2pm and 6pm. If there is a specific time that you cannot take a call please write this on the appointment message

Patients do not always need to see a GP.

We are asking for the help of all our patients with the following.

  • If you are ringing for an appointment please note that all requests will need to be made before 1pm. This is to allow us to plan clinicians work in a timely manner.
  • Telephone appointments - please ensure that the number you provide is the one that the clinician can contact you on and that you are available to take the call within the time frame you have been given. The clinicians will only try to call you back once and a failed call is the same as a Did not attend an appointment. Failed calls will mean that you will need to ring back and make a further appointment. Thank you for your cooperation.
