Access to online services

Online services offer an alternative ways to interact with us to face-to-face and telephone appointments. They are not designed to replace traditional methods of communicating with your doctor but offer access to our services in ways which might be more convenient. In order to use some of these services, you need to complete a short application form. You can download this form here and then complete it and return it to the surgery.

My Planned Care

My Planned Care gives you advice and support while you wait and helps you to prepare for your hospital consultation, treatment, or surgery. This includes giving you information about waiting times at your hospital and other supporting and local services while you wait. Click here for more information www.myplannedcare.nhs.uk

eConsult is ideal for patients to use if you have any skin complaints/ visible issues as you can attach photos to the form and these can be put into your records automatically for the GP to view.

This App is designed to provide parents and carers of children under 16 with advice and guidance about managing ill health and common childhood illnesses.

NHS App is advisable to use for any covid-19 vaccine/ recovery information, ordering repeat medication, booking appointments and viewing your medical records (full medical records from the 1st November 2022)

Systmonline can be used for patients to order their repeat prescriptions, book appointments and view medical records (unlike the NHS app patients must fill a form out to request access to medical records and the access is then given by the surgery)
