Feedback received for Belford Medical Practice between 1st April 2019 and 30th June 2019.

We will continue to update you on a quarterly basis outlining any feedback your patients have given us about the service and care you provide.

  • Everything I needed to know was explained.
  • Service and care good, no delays.
  • Generally, we can see a doctor that day at our Belford Surgery providing you call on the dot of 8.30am.
  • Received amazing care from the Belford Medical Practice, District Nurses, and the Care Agency allocated to her.
  • The care providers were 1st class
  • Easy to access to make appointments, good advice given when needed.
  • Everything was organised for us, and all her requirements were met despite the District Nurses, in particular, being under pressure.
  • Making appointments never a problem.
  • I live in a rural area with an ageing population. It is important that we should have ready access to services.
